  1. Please complete and return the request for an estimate and send me a full copy or a good example of the document you wish to have translated. You can send me your copy by email as attachment to your request or by post.
  2. After having examined your text, I shall send you an estimate. The estimate is free and will indicate the precise cost for my services. You are under no obligation to use my services. 
  3. Should you accept my proposal, you will be required to pay the sum total of my estimate. Any estimate higher than 180 € will be paid in fixed instalments. I shall complete the translation on the agreed date of my estimate.
  4. Once my work has been completed the documents will be returned to you accompanied by the invoice indicating that full payment has been received.

 

 During the translation I may need to consult with you to clarify certain points.

It goes without saying, all work and texts sent to me will be treated strictly confidentially.
